Volunteers are:
- Workers helping to maintain the mill by contributing their time and skills
- Fund-raisers working at bingo's and special events
- Gardeners caring for the park and grounds
- Educators acting as Tour Guides and Program Planners
- Ambassadors promoting the mill at trade shows and special events
- Hard workers having fun with a dedicated team of volunteers
